So the new rules that @staff will be enforcing might see the end for yours truly. Not necessarily because of being a purveyor of pornography or adult content, but because some old posts may or may not have had images that were on the tastefully sleuty side (that is, above the waist and nothing more), which will likely get us banned.

If you’re interested in the music, I recommend following us on YouTube: new Vikingbard songs will be posted there for the foreseeable future. If you’re interested in maintaining social connections, hit me up with a personal message between now and December 17th and we’ll see about reconnecting on other social media platforms (facebook, twitter, instagram, whatsapp, etc.). If you’re interested in my writing…just PM me and I’ll let you know how to keep following that.

In the meanwhile, I’m throwing out all my reserved metal posts, including all the Ghost stuff I’ve been saving up. If we’re gonna go, then we’re gonna go out with a bang, folks!

So if my blog gets taken down tomorrow, here’s what you might have missed.

Pictures from the Renaissance Faire. Ghost DDoM posts throughout October, especially arranged with the last two posts in order to tell a story. Something from the new Sleep album on April 20th of next year. Likely reblogging that anatomy of a crucifixion post around Passover time. My grand rage against everything. An entire series on Ron Wyatt’s discoveries. And, of course, whining about being ignored by all my tumblr friends.

If all goes well and I don’t get taken down, most of what I’ve posted above (except for the rage post) will still be posted. If not, you can always seek for me out on pillowfort or the other “mainstream” social media networks, where the Vikingbard journey will be kept alive.

Godspeed and stay metal
