I hate that scene in The Two Towers where Gollum tells Smeagol “nobody likes you.” And i hate everyone who uses that gif of that scene.

It’s like you’re fucking mocking me and rubbing in my face the fact that i have no friends.

Maybe if we all just collectively start decorating now, we can ..force it to be Halloween

I don’t understand everyone’s obsession with All Hallow’s Eve. Like why do they worship it? Yes, worship is the correct word: i doubt any of you get as excited over going to church or reading your Bible as you do over dressing up and eating candy.

My family never practiced Halloween for all of my kid life and most of my teenaged life: they’d put out candy to give to the kids who stopped by our house. I never had any friends to go out trick-or-treating with (my parents certainly wouldn’t, my older brother had moved out by then, and my younger brother was always doing something with his friends that evening), and no money to buy or make costumes.

So what’s the big damn deal?

So i had a doctor’s appointment to try some new medicine that i had to go down to an infusion center in order to get it administered. So far it hasn’t shown any signs of improving my condition, but i am wary about the side effects. Most especially progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, which is disabling or fatal. Right now i just wait for the next two weeks and report any side effects i may have: right now, all that i’m feeling is exhaustion, although that is usual in my condition lately.
